Among millions of leaves in our vineyards, only some that belong to certain grape varieties are suitable to be used as wrappers only if they are picked before chemical sprays. The young leaves of Sauvignon Blanc vines that were collected and salted in May 2006 are sold out. The special molasses we have produced in 2006 by using traditional methods, but without  burning the sugar (which may be carcinogenic) is sold out. The Ergenekon grape jams are the first and only grape jams in Turkey. They have a rich aroma and taste since they are produced with grapes with strong aromatic characters.
